I have always believed the people we choose to guide for Aroha Luxury New Zealand Tours matter enormously. You spend a lot of time together on a private journey, often over several weeks, so I look for people I would happily travel with myself. They need to know New Zealand well, but knowledge alone has never been enough for me. I want guides who are curious about people. People who listen. People who will notice when someone is tired, fascinated, uncomfortable or having such a lovely time that moving on simply makes no sense. I also want them to love this country because I care deeply about New Zealand and about how we share it with people who have travelled a long way to be here. I want our guests to experience the places we know and love with someone who genuinely enjoys showing them around.
