Chase Sapphire cardholders, get ready to unwind.

If you hold the Chase Sapphire Reserve® or Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card, you're now eligible for a Calm app subscription deal through Chase Offers.

Sapphire Reserve cardholders can receive one free year of Calm Premium, while those with the Sapphire Preferred can receive 50% off a one-year subscription. You'll have to enroll in the offer through Chase's website or app before making the purchase. This offer is available until May 31. Your first recurring annual payment must be completed by June 14.

Calm is a meditation and sleep app oriented toward mental wellness. A Calm Premium subscription costs $69.99 a year and includes access to the app's library of guided meditation content, music, stories and more.

Chase has also rolled out other wellness-oriented offers running now through May 31. Here's what they are and how to enroll.

How to get free Calm Premium through Chase Offers

Like with any Chase Offer, you'll have to access the deal through your online account before you make the purchase. You can do this through Chase's website or mobile app.

Once you make the purchase, you can expect the value of your discount to apply as a statement credit.

After logging in to your account, search your Chase Offers to find the Calm deal. It's listed under the "Health & beauty" section. Below, a Chase Sapphire Reserve cardmember can see their 100% cash-back offer on the purchase of a Calm subscription.

The third offer, from Prenuvo, a full-body MRI scan service, is exclusive to Sapphire Reserve cardholders.

You can receive $600 back when you spend at least $2,499 on a full-body scan with Prenuvo. The scan could help identify potential health conditions.
