What's it like staying at Hyatt's new Caption branded hotels in Osaka and Tokyo

One of World of Hyatt's newest brands is called Caption, and after a stay at two of only six properties worldwide, I can safely say it captured my heart.Hyatt describes the brand as "of the community," and that's definitely what they are going for at the two Caption hotels in Japan that I visited.
