Here are the best Black Friday travel deals of 2024

Black Friday is here and this year there's a ton of travel savings to be had. We've saved you the effort of trawling through every deal and rounded up the best flight, hotel and cruise deals below.

Best Black Friday flight deals

Aer Lingus

Aer Lingus has flights from North America to Europe as low as 199 euros ($208) each way for travel between Jan. 7 and April 10, 2025, for flights booked between now and Dec. 3, 2024.

You can also grab fares from the U.S. to Europe from $449 return, bookable between Nov. 26 and Dec. 4 for travel from Jan. 7 and April 9.

Finally, if you're flying between the U.K. and Europe, you can get up to 25% off airfare. Once again, this offer applies to flights booked between now and Dec. 3, though this time for travel between Dec. 9 and April 10, 2025.

Air Canada is several points-earning deals exclusive to Aeroplan members:

American Airlines

American Airlines' full lineup of Black Friday deals is yet to go live, but it's currently offering a range of round-trip domestic fares for less than $200. Expect more soon.

For now, you can find one-way flights from Dallas to New York for as low as $90, Los Angeles to New York for as low as $124 or Philadelphia to Orlando for as low as $85.

Alaska Airlines

Alaska Airlines has not yet revealed its Black Friday sales, but watch this space for updates soon.

Avelo Airlines

Avelo Airlines' deals go live Nov. 29, with 40% off base fares with the promo code "BF40."

The promo applies to one-way and round-trip bookings for travel completed between Dec. 4 and Dec. 20. The deadline to book is 11:59 p.m. Nov. 29.

This promo will be followed by a Cyber Monday deal on Dec. 2, offering $50 off round-trip base fares by using the promo code "CYBER" at checkout.

British Airways

British Airways' Black Friday sale has not yet been announced, but if you're keen to get a head start, bookmark this page and keep checking back as Nov. 29 approaches.

Breeze Airways

Breeze is offering $29 fares across 112 different routes, including:

• Charleston, South Carolina, to New Haven, Connecticut; Cincinnati; and West Palm Beach, Florida
• Fort Myers, Florida, to Manchester, New Hampshire; Louisville; and Wilmington, North Carolina
• Hartford to Daytona Beach, Florida; New Bern, North Carolina; and Savannah, Georgia
• New Orleans to Fort Myers, Orlando and Jacksonville, Florida

Cathay Pacific

Until Nov. 30, Cathay Pacific has a fare sale from several U.S. and Canadian gateways. The deal applies to all U.S. and Canadian flights in premium economy and economy cabins.

This includes flights from:

• John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK)
• Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)
• San Francisco International Airport (SFO)
• O'Hare International Airport (ORD)
• Boston Logan International Airport (BOS)
• Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) starting April 2025.

Canadian flights include:

• Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ)
• Vancouver International Airport (YVR).

Destinations include Hong Kong, mainland China, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore and India.

The lowest fares start around $694 round-trip. You will need to sign up for Cathay Pacific's loyalty program to enjoy the sale prices.

Until Dec. 3, the airline will also offer up to 15% off flights to sought-after destinations across Southeast Asia, East Asia and the Southwest Pacific.

New Cathay Pacific members will get $75 off per ticket, on top of any additional Black Friday offers, for travel into 2025.

Finally, Cathay Pacific is giving away 18,000 British pounds ($22,600) worth of Uber vouchers. Customers who book through the carrier's website can claim a 30 pound ($38) voucher, valid until Dec 31.

New members will have until Nov. 30 to sign up.

Blackout dates apply from Hong Kong to U.S. destinations between Jan. 1 and Jan. 10, 2025, and Aug. 1 to Sept. 25, 2025.

Delta Air Lines

SkyMiles members can boost their miles by earning bonus miles on Delta gift card purchases of $400 or more, as follows:

• 3 miles per $1 for SkyMiles members without status
• 4 miles per $1 for Silver and Gold SkyMiles members
• 5 miles per $1 for Platinum and Diamond SkyMiles members

This bonus has no cap on the amount of gift cards you can purchase.

Additionally, you can earn 4 miles per $1 spent on car rentals, hotels and vacation homes booked via Delta Cars and Delta Stays for trips between now and Feb. 28, 2025.

Finally, Delta Vacations is offering an additional 10% more value for your miles when you book one of their packages.

EasyJet

EasyJet is offering up to 15% off flights valid for travel until March 31, 2025, and up to 200 pounds ($250) off package holidays for travel until Oct. 31, 2026.

Etihad Airways

The UAE's national carrier has discounts of up to 20% across many of its routes, bookable between Nov. 27 and Dec. 3 for travel from Jan 15 to May 31, 2025.

Frontier Airlines

Frontier Airlines recently ran a huge flight giveaway ahead of Thanksgiving, but it's likely it'll also run an extended sale closer to Black Friday. We'll keep you updated when we know more.

Hawaiian Airlines

We expect Hawaiian Airlines to release more exclusive deals closer to Black Friday, but in the meantime, travelers can take advantage of the following offer:

• Earn 5 times bonus miles on qualified vacation packages when you bundle together flights, hotel or car rental between now and Dec. 4. Plus, save 20% or more on hotel stays.

It's also currently offering great deals on one-way flights from various U.S. airports to Hawaii, starting at $111 for main cabin basic fares.

Today's deal from the airline features up to $750 off flight plus hotel and flight plus cruise bundles via JetBlue Vacations.

Southwest

Southwest hasn't yet announced its official Black Friday deals, but there's a great way to save some money right now.

For a limited time, you can save $70 on future Southwest Airlines flights.

Costco is currently offering extra savings on an already great deal for Southwest Airlines. Costco members can save an additional $20 on top of the $50.01 in savings they already receive when purchasing a $500 Southwest gift card through Costco for $429.99.

This sale is only good until Dec. 2 (while supplies last).

Spirit

From now until Dec. 13, you can save 40% when you buy Free Spirit points from this link. Free Spirit Points can be redeemed for flights with Spirit.

New sign-ups to Saver$ Club will earn 1,000 Free Spirit bonus points. Saver$ Club provides its members exclusive access to the lowest fares, discounted prices on bags and seats, and other options such as Shortcut Security. There are also special deals only available to Saver$ Club members.

The airline is also offering a range of deals with Spirit Vacations, including:

TAP Air Portugal

TAP is has great deals on round-trip fares to Europe from U.S. airports starting at $359 in economy and $2,199 in business class. The sale is live through Dec. 4 for travel from Jan. 14 to May 15, 2025.

Virgin Atlantic

Virgin Atlantic is offering up to 200 pounds ($250) off flight and hotel packages. The deal offers 25 pounds ($31) off per person, plus an additional saving of 100 pounds ($125) when you spend a minimum of 3,500 pounds ($4,387) per couple or 4,400 pounds ($5,515) per family of four.

Avalon Waterways

Avalon Waterways is running a "From Here to Anywhere" sale through Dec. 13, extending an offer for a free Panorama Suite upgrade and included crew gratuities. These extras apply to select sailings departing between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31, 2025.

Azamara

Get 20% off cruise fares for a total savings of up to $4,000, depending on the cabin type booked. This deal can also be combined with the line's current November promotion that earns cruisers up to $750 in onboard credit per cabin, based on itinerary length. The Black Friday offer can be found on the Azamara website through Dec. 4.

Celebrity Cruises

Through Dec. 9, Celebrity Cruises is giving you 75% off a second cruise fare when you buy one at regular price for select voyages of three nights or longer departing through May 10, 2027.

Costa Cruises

Through Nov. 24, Costa Cruises is offering passengers Black Friday Warm-Up deals, including fares from as little as $499 per person for cruises in the Caribbean and Mediterranean.

Cunard

Through Dec. 9, travelers booking suites in Cunard's posh Princess and Queens Grills will earn up to $400 per cabin in onboard credit. The credit is available only to the top room types, with inside cabin rates starting from $899 per person. Use promo code "RDC" when booking. This offer only applies to the first two guests in each room.

Disney Cruise Line

Disney Cruise Line is discounting last-minute sailings — including 2024 Very Merrytime holiday cruises — into February 2025 from Galveston, Texas; Fort Lauderdale and Port Canaveral (near Orlando), Florida; Honolulu; and Sydney. Passengers who book one of these three- to 15-night voyages will save up to 20% on fares for guarantee cabins. You won't get to select your specific room, but you're guaranteed to get one in the category you select or higher. Full nonrefundable payment and booking information for all guests are required at the time of reservation.

Emerald Cruises

Through Dec. 1, river cruise fans can save on select 2025 Emerald Cruises sailings with two-for-one fares and up to an additional 40% in discounts. The same offer is extended to passengers on the line's boutique yachts, featuring two-for-one fares and up to an extra 30% off.

Explora Journeys

Now through Dec. 4, save up to 50% on select Explora Journeys voyages and pay deposits as little as 5% of the overall cost of your sailing with the line's Black Friday "Exclusive Sale." This offer is available on Caribbean and Mediterranean cruises departing on or after Nov. 29.

Holland America Line

Enjoy up to 25% off sailings with Holland America's Black Friday offer, which runs through Dec. 1. In addition to savings, passengers who book a cruise before the deadline will receive included gratuities, 50% reduced deposits and free fares for third and fourth passengers sharing a cabin with the first two cruisers. This offer is valid for more than 800 voyages departing through October 2026.

HX (Hurtigruten Expeditions) and Hurtigruten

Through Dec. 9, HX's sustainable expedition voyages to places like the Galapagos, Antarctica and more be booked for up to 50% on cruise fares. Plus, the line's all-inclusive fares roll gratuities, drinks, Wi-Fi, shore excursions and all meals into the price you'll pay to sail. This offer is valid for cruises departing between Dec. 1, 2024, and Oct. 31, 2025.

Additionally, Hurtigruten is offering anywhere from 25 - 50% off select voyages departing Dec. 1, 2024 - Sept. 30, 2025, when you book a cabin through Dec. 2.

Margaritaville at Sea

Margaritaville at Sea has up to 60% off cruise fares for sailings departing through April 2026. Two people can sail on a two-night voyage from $99 — less than $25 per person, per night. Norwegian Cruise Line

Get 50% of all cruises and a slew of freebies. Book now for up to $2,000 in value (based on a seven-day cruise) in the way of free airfare (for a second passenger when you pay for one airfare through the cruise line), unlimited open bar, included specialty dining, shore excursion credits and the option for third and fourth passengers to sail free when sharing a cabin with two other cruisers.

Overseas Adventure Travel

If you're 50 or older and you're a fan of small-group cruises, you can enjoy $500 off any 2025 voyage with Overseas Adventure Travel. If you can travel last-minute, you can save of up to $6,200 per person on select voyages departing January through June 2025. Reserve your cabin by Dec. 2 using promo code "BLACKFRIDAY24" to receive the discount. Pay in full at the time of booking and you'll save an additional 10%.

Princess Cruises

Cruisers can take 50% off cruise fares and 50% off deposits when they book select voyages departing through 2026. Plus, the third and fourth guests in a cabin sail free when sharing with two full-fare paying passengers.

Oceania Cruises

Luxury cruisers can score up to a four-category cabin upgrade when they book one of more than 90 Oceania cruises departing in 2025. To make the deal even more enticing, you'll also receive a choice of a premium alcohol package, up to $1,000 in onboard credit or free airfare. This promotion will be available through Dec. 10.

Regent Seven Seas Cruises

From now through Dec. 31, anyone who books a suite on one of the line's ships will save up to 40% on select 2025 cruises to Africa, Asia, Australia and New Zealand, the Mediterranean, Northern Europe, South America and other destinations. If you book by Nov. 30 under the Black Friday Bonus offer, you'll receive up to $1,000 per cabin in onboard credit.

Royal Caribbean

Royal Caribbean is discounting sailings by up to $750 when you book through Dec. 9.

Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours

Through Dec. 1, Scenic's high-end river and expedition voyages are on sale with the line offering two-for-one fare discounts. Travelers booking one of the line's luxury yacht expedition voyages will get an extra 35% in savings on prices. This offer is valid on select sailings departing through 2026. Solo cruisers can enjoy waived single supplements for last-minute cruises departing in 2024 or reduced single supplements on select trips in 2025 and 2026.

Seabourn Cruise Line

Seabourn is extending up to a two-category cabin upgrade and a 15% reduced deposit when travelers book by Dec. 3. This "Black Friday Sail" deal applies to more than 350 select ocean and expedition voyages departing in 2025 and 2026.

Sea Cloud

Beginning Nov. 29 and running through Dec. 2, small-ship cruise line Sea Cloud is offering up to 65% off cruises on its Sea Cloud, Sea Cloud II and Sea Cloud Spirit ships.

Silversea Cruises

Save up to $6,000 under the line's "Sale Away" promotion. When you book a sailing with the line through Dec. 2 and opt for Port-to-Port (all onboard dining, drinks included, along with butler service and a shore excursion package) or Door-to-Door (everything offered under Port-to-Port, plus transportation from your home to the airport, airport to ship and back again) all-inclusive fares, you'll earn discounts on more than 550 ocean and expedition voyages. This offer also comes with a 15% reduced deposit that's fully refundable.

Star Clippers

Beginning Nov. 28 and running through Dec. 31, Star Clippers is offering discounts on voyages aboard masted sailing ships Star Clipper and Star Flyer. When travelers who have previously cruised with the line book another trip by the deadline, they'll receive a 10% discount. Those who are new to the line will receive 5% off their bookings.

Swan Hellenic

Cruisers can save up to $8,000 on balcony cabins when they book on one of a dozen Swan Hellenic voyages departing between Dec. 22, 2024, and Oct. 9, 2025. The line is also offering discounts on single supplements, allowing lone cruisers to travel more affordably. Just be sure to book between Nov. 25 and Dec. 4.

Uniworld Boutique River Cruises

Ultra-luxury river cruise line Uniworld will release one new promotion each weekday from today for 12 days as part of its 12 Days of Christmas event. Deals range from 50% off cruises and free trip extensions to suite upgrades, waived solo supplements and other surprises. These deals are good on select 2025 voyages.

Windstar Cruises

Through March 31, 2025, Windstar is offering passengers a "Pick Your Perk" promotion with a choice of either a pre- or post-cruise hotel stay or a $1,000 onboard credit. Cruisers booked in premium suites can also select from a third option — an all-inclusive fare, which includes unlimited alcohol, Wi-Fi and crew gratuities. The line is also allowing reduced deposits of just $300 through Dec. 2. These offers are valid on select cruises setting sail through June 2026.

Virgin Voyages

Purchase one full cruise fare, and the second passenger in your cabin will sail for 80% off. Depending on the length of your stay you can also get up to $300 drink credits to put toward your bar tab. This bargain is available on cruises departing through Oct. 31, 2026.
