Each month, Bilt Rewards launches special promotions on or around the first of the month. For this Bilt Rent Day, members can enjoy up to a 200% transfer bonus to Accor Live Limitless, up to a 100% bonus when redeeming Bilt Points for Lyft rides and the ability to book new neighborhood experiences.
Plus, as on previous Bilt Rent Days, you can snag double points for nonrent purchases (up to 1,000 bonus points) and play the "Rent Free" game. Remember that you must use your Bilt Mastercard® (see rates and fees) five times each statement period to earn points (see rewards and benefits).
Here's what you need to know about the June Bilt Rent Day promotions.
Up to 200% Accor Live Limitless transfer bonus
Bilt is offering its members up to a 200% Accor Live Limitless transfer bonus this Rent Day. Specifically, Platinum and Gold members will get a 200% transfer bonus, while other Bilt members will get a 50% transfer bonus when transferring Bilt points to Accor between June 1 at midnight EDT and June 3 at 2:59 a.m. EDT.
Accor uses fixed value redemptions, giving a 20 euro (about $22.76) discount for every 1,000 points you redeem. You can usually transfer Bilt points to Accor at a 3:2 ratio, meaning you get 40 euros worth of Accor points for every 3,000 Bilt points you transfer. However, check out the following table to see how this transfer bonus changes the math.
Transfer ratio | 3:2 | 3:3 | 3:6 |
Accor points per 3,000 Bilt points | 2,000 points | 3,000 points | 6,000 points |
Value in euros of Accor points received when transferring 3,000 Bilt points | 40 euros | 60 euros | 120 euros |
Euro cents of value per Bilt point transferred | 1.33 euro cents per point | 2 euro cents per point | 4 euro cents per point |
Cents of value per Bilt point transferred (assuming 1 euro equals $1.14) | 1.52 cents per point | 2.28 cents per point | 4.55 cents per point |
A redemption rate of 2.28 cents per point for Blue and Silver members is decent, though you may still get higher redemption rates when transferring to other Bilt transfer partners, such as World of Hyatt. However, the 4.55 cents per point that Gold and Platinum members can get during this transfer bonus is worth considering.
As a reminder, brands like Fairmont, Sofitel and Mercure are bookable through Accor Live Limitless. In some markets, such as the part of Salvador, Brazil, I'm visiting this July, Accor may be the primary (or only) major international hotel loyalty program you can book through. So, especially if you have Bilt Platinum or Gold status, it's worth checking whether your upcoming lodging needs could benefit from this Accor transfer bonus.
Accor transfers to Air France-KLM Flying Blue on a 1:1 basis as well, so keep that in mind if you are looking to stock up on Flying Blue miles.

Lyft redemption bonus
Bilt is offering its members who have linked their Lyft and Bilt accounts a status-based redemption bonus when they redeem Bilt points for Lyft rides between May 27 at 9 a.m. EDT and June 3 at 2:59 a.m. EDT. Specifically, Gold and Platinum members get a 100% redemption bonus while other members get a 50% redemption bonus.
Bilt told its partners, including TPG, that this redemption bonus "demonstrates how Bilt Points provide everyday value beyond travel and how our currency and features can be the most practical for members' daily lives." However, even with a 100% redemption bonus, you'll only get 1.4 cents per point when redeeming Bilt points for Lyft rides (and with a 50% redemption bonus, you'll only get 1.05 cents per point).
TPG's May 2025 valuations peg the value of Bilt points at 2.05 cents each, which you can achieve by using many of the Bilt transfer partners. So, think carefully about other ways to use your Bilt points before redeeming them for Lyft rides (even during the June Rent Day redemption bonus).

Extra Bilt points on nonrent purchases
As on previous Bilt Rent Days, you'll earn double points from June 1 at midnight EDT to June 2 at 2:59 a.m. EDT when you use your Bilt Mastercard (see rates and fees) to make nonrent purchases. You'll earn as follows for purchases each Rent Day:
- Dining: 6 points per dollar spent
- Travel: 4 points per dollar spent
- Other purchases (excluding rent): 2 points per dollar spent
- Rent: 1 point per dollar spent (up to 100,000 points in a calendar year)
You must use the card five times per statement period to earn points (see rewards and benefits). Remember, you can only earn up to 1,000 bonus points on purchases with your Bilt Mastercard each Rent Day.

'Rent Free' game
In August 2023, Bilt launched a new way to win free rent for a month (up to $2,500): the "Rent Free" game show. Bilt has since offered the "Rent Free" game show each Rent Day, with a new creator or personality playing each month. This month, the guest is comedian Roy Wood Jr.
You'll earn points by picking a highly ranked answer when you correctly rank that answer and when the celebrity guest picks the same answer as you. The top 10 winners will get their rent paid (up to $2,500), while the next 100 winners will earn 1,000 Bilt points. The next 500 winners beyond that will earn 100 points.
You can visit the Bilt app to play the game between May 27 at noon EDT and June 1 at 3 p.m. EDT. Then, return to the app after June 1 at 4 p.m. EDT to see your score.

Bilt Neighborhood Cafe
In January 2025, Bilt opened its Neighborhood Cafe at 31 Bond St. in New York City. On June 1, members can enjoy a complimentary chicken Parm hero from Tucci at the cafe while supplies last. A live DJ will start mixing music starting at 11 a.m. EDT, so hopefully, the complimentary heroes will last until then.
Bilt also announced members can buy chicken Parm heroes from Tucci at the Bilt Neighbhood Cafe throughout June.

Each Bilt member can buy no more than two tickets for these special rides.
Bookings for these experiences become available May 28 at 11:50 a.m. EDT for Platinum and Gold members and at noon EDT for other members. However, once you book a Rent Day fitness class, you can't cancel and will face a fee if you don't attend.
